    Due to severe weather conditions the state of SC is under a flash flood warning until 1:30 pm on 4 Oct 2015, Shaw Air Force Base is only open to mission essential and emergency personnel only.  There will be no Worship Services at the Shaw Air Force Base Chapel 4 Oct 2015.  We look forward to seeing you in future worship services.  Please be safe, stay home and worship with your family and friends.

    Catholic Pastoral Coordinator Contract Position -- Bids Due 1630hrs, 29 May


    Shaw AFB Chapel is offering a non-personal service agreement for the Catholic Community Coordinator to begin on 15 June 2015 using a “best value” criterion for the selection process.  Basic qualifications include knowledge of Catholic doctrine and theology, proficiency using Microsoft Office software, effective organizational, management and communication skills.  Packets that include a Basis of Award document, statement of work, application and bid sheet are available for pickup at the Palmetto Chapel (adjacent to base gym) between the hours of 0730-1630 Mon-Fri.  Packets will also be available at our website:

    Closeout for application including resume, background check and sealed bid document is 1630 hrs on 29 May 2015 at the Palmetto Chapel.
