    Protestant Easter 2014 Worship Service Time

    There will be a Protestant Easter Worship Service at Palmetto Chapel at 1100 on Sunday 20 April 2014. Please come out and worship with us!

    There is no plan to have a sunrise service this year.

    PWOC Evening Fellowship-April 15/16

    The Shaw Protestant Women of the Chapel would like to invite you to an evening fellowship entitled, “Walk Forward in Love”.  The guest speaker will be Susan Miller from Moving on Ministries.  The event will be held April 15 at 6:30pm and April 16 at 9:30am at the Shaw Community Center.  Please be mindful that there will be no children’s religious education on the April 15th session. 



    We invite all to attend Celebration of Gospel highlighting the heritage of Gospel Music.  The event is to kickoff Black History month.  Celebration of Gospel will be held at Palmetto Chapel 1 February 2014 at 4:00 pm.  Admission is free.


    Shawsome! Mega Sunday Festival--August 25th, 2013

    On Sunday, August 25th the Shaw Chapel will host a community celebration!  The event will open with outdoor Protestant and Catholic worship services at 10am.  Then, at 11:30am we will have food, open pool, a huge number of activities for children, a music stage, and more!  The celebration will continue until 3PM.

    The entire base is invited and welcome!  It’s an opportunity to kick off the fall by joining together in a spirit of joy.

    Additionally, we will have a music stage featuring musicians from the Shaw and Sumter communities.  Individuals, church groups, even family groups are all invited to play and provide entertainment.  If you’d like time on the stage, please click here!
